Majia specializes in Generatology. Generatology is the study of ethical, pro-social innovation, adaptability and self-authorship capacities that are innate to our biology.
There is an intelligence of life that moves through us. This living intelligence (LI) is a creative intelligence. It is driven towards evolution and furthering the order and complexity of life itself. To do this, LI nudges us (and sometimes demands us) to work through unhealthy cultural, archetypal and family of origin blocks and impingements that are in the way of restoring more creative fire and thus evolved health to the system.
As such, Majia's work is about offering and pioneering tools and processes that help lift the lid to this living, and creative signal. In doing so, in ways clients can better adapt through immense adversity and complexity, individually and collectively.
Carl Jung once said, "Creativity is instinct."
Majia works as a coach, facilitator and consultant for leaders, entrepreneurs, teams, organizations, along with moms, dads, couples and families.
Profound, transformative retooling is truly possible. In fact, in today's uncertain times, perhaps this innovative potential that is within us all is more and more becoming as essential as breathe.
