Majia specializes in something called Generatology (a term she made up herself). Generatology is the study of pro-social generative capacities that are instinctual to our organism.

We home an intelligence of life that wants to innovate in ways that restore order to the Self. The Self can be defined as an individual system or a group system. This living intelligence is a creative intelligence. It is driven towards reclaiming bound up life energies sourced in cultural, archetypal and family of origin blocks so new possibilities can emerge.

Thus, Majia's work is about offering and pioneering processes that help lift the lid to this creative intelligence in ways where people can better adapt through immense adversity and complexity, individually and collectively.

Carl Jung once said, "Creativity is instinct." 

Majia works as a coach, facilitator and consultant for leaders, entrepreneurs, teams, organizations, along with moms, dads, couples and families.

Profound, transformative retooling, unheard of in today's world, is possible. In fact, in today's uncertain times, perhaps this innovative potential that is within us all is more and more becoming as essential as breathe.

Majia has a master's in psychology and doctoral research in the field of Creative Emergence.
